부산에 위치한 원조서울삼계탕은 1960년부터 삼계탕을 전문으로 요리한 곳이다. 닭의 목과 발에 황기, 율무씨 등의 약재를 넣어 진하게 고아 낸 육수에 찹쌀, 대추, 밤 등의 곡물을 채워 삶아낸 영계를 담아낸다. 기본 삼계탕과 함께 산삼삼계탕, 전복삼계탕, 흑삼삼계탕 등의 다양한 메뉴와 전기구이 통닭도 준비되어 있다. 넓은 좌석과 단체석으로 편리하게 이용이 가능하다.
