주한 중국대사관 인근에 위치한 개화는 명동에서 오랜 시간 인기를 얻고 있는 중식당이다. 유니짜장은 다진 고기가 듬뿍 들어가 있으며, 얼큰한 국물이 일품인 짬뽕은 각종 해산물과 큼지막한 야채들이 풍부하게 들어가 있다. 이곳의 시그니처인 고기튀김은 탕수육보다는 튀김옷이 얇고 소금과 후추에 찍어 먹는 메뉴이다.
