Jucheoljang Training Center

The Jucheoljang Training Center, the first of its kind built in Korea, is located in Jincheon-eup, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do. It is an educational space where one can learn the unique techniques of Mr. Won Gwang-sik, Jucheoljang and National Important Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 112. The center has a special exhibition hall, sculpture room, wax room, accommodations, and more. 'Jucheoljang' refers to an artisan who melts iron to make various objects. The Jucheoljang Training Center is a place for education and for the historical preservation of the craft, and various educational programs are operated as general courses and expert courses.
