Hwasuheon

Hwasuheon is a hanok café in Hyeon-ri, Sanyang-myeon, Mungyeong, Gyeongbuk. The hanok has been renovated and also serves as a hanok stay, giving it an old-fashioned, atmospheric charm. Its signature menu is tteok waffle. Crispy yet chewy tteok waffles made with Mungyeong glutinous rice are served together with two drinks. It also offers old-style patbingsu, sold only in summer, along with Mungyeong omija ade and Mungyeong eight-grain misugaru. It is close to the Jeomchon-Hamchang IC, and nearby are Gomo Fortress, Mungyeong Saejae Provincial Park and Mungyeong GC.
