Yunggane Chon Dwaeji

Yunggane Chondwaeji is a famous restaurant in Gimcheon, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Although it is a small restaurant located in the countryside of Gimcheon, it always has a waiting line. The signature menu of Yunggane Chondwaeji is pork kimchi grilling, in which pork belly, kimchi, and onions are grilled on a griddle. The meat uses 100% domestic fresh pork belly, and no other cuts such as shoulder, ham, or neck are mixed in at all. After eating about one-third of the pork kimchi grilling, frying fried rice makes another delicacy.
