Dambit Experience Learning Center

Dambit Experiential Learning Center is a specialized space for fermentation and dietary life experiences located in Damyang, Jeonnam. It is an experiential space where you can learn about and make Korean traditional fermented foods such as fermented salt, gochujang, and doenjang, centered on rice nuruk.
This is an experience facility that combines theoretical education on the basic principles of fermentation and the role of microorganisms with hands-on practice such as measuring and mixing ingredients and making finished products. It is a space capable of operating customized experience programs for a variety of visitors, including infants, elementary, middle, and high school students, families, adults, and institutional and corporate groups.
It is an experiential educational facility equipped with Fermentation Experience Hall 1, lecture and practice spaces, a lobby, and fermentation product exhibition spaces.
