Sangolae

At Sangolae, located along the riverside road in Junggok-dong, Geoje, you can taste 100% handmade nurungji baeksuk. The main menu includes nurungji baeksuk, in which first-grade duck meat, called a gift from the gods, is enjoyed together with chewy nurungji, as well as duck raw meat and duck bulgogi, which boast a tender texture thanks to low-temperature aging. The broth is made by simmering more than 10 kinds of medicinal herbs for 24 hours. Glutinous rice is stuffed between the lean meat, so eating the meat, the salty jeotgal, and the glutinous rice together in one spoonful makes for a hearty health food. The interior of the restaurant is spacious and clean, and there are private rooms, making it suitable for family meals, company dinners, and group gatherings.
