Inside, group seating is provided, making it good for various gatherings. The noodles are made by directly pressing dough that has been aged using only a mixture of wheat flour and soybean powder. The soybean noodles have a lot of soybean powder, making them savory and refreshing, and the perilla seed knife-cut noodles have an excellent rich taste.
