Deleting in the app
- Open the K-Traveler app and log in.
- Tap "My page" → "Delete account".
- Enter the confirmation text and tap "Delete", and the account is deleted immediately.
Deleting on the web
- Log in at https://www.k-traveler.com/login.
- Under "My page" (https://www.k-traveler.com/me), open "Delete account".
- Enter the confirmation text DELETE and click "Delete account", and the account is deleted immediately.
If you cannot log in
An account that uses only Google or Apple sign-in cannot be logged in to on the web. Delete it in the app, or send "Account deletion request" and your nickname to the address below from the email you used to sign up. We will delete it within 10 days after verifying your identity and let you know the result.

Information that is deleted (deleted immediately)
- Account information: ID, nickname, password, email, Google and Apple link information (for Apple sign-in, the link on Apple’s side is also disconnected)
- Activity information: reviews (star ratings and text), records of "helpful" votes and reports, experience points, level, badges, stamp records (places stamped, dates, and times), emblems
- Deletion takes place immediately and cannot be undone.
Information that remains (automatically deleted after a period)
- IP records for abuse prevention (values converted so that they cannot be restored): not linked to the account; automatically deleted after 7 days
- Server access logs: automatically deleted after 14 days
- Advertising and analytics information: not linked to the account; subject to Google’s retention policy. It is severed when you delete the app or reset the advertising ID on your device
